This private apartment is a 10 minute walk from Shiinamachi Station on the Seibu-Ikebukuro Line, which is just 5 minutes and one stop from Ikebukuro Station. Around Shiinamachi Station, there is one supermarket and are several shops where you can buy Japanese local food in reasonable prices which you think they must be joking! The other 7 minute walk station is Ochiai-minami-nagasaki on the Toei-Oedo Line. To Shinjuku it takes slightly over 10 minutes and to Roppongi is just around 20 minutes. On weekends you can hang out in Roppongi after midnight and you can arrive home at around 1:00 AM. Isn't this great?

Inside your private room you have your own kitchen, shower and toilet (japanese style). Even though the outlook of this place is very old, the inside has recently been renovated! The bill for the water is included in the rent but, electricity, internet and gas fees are your responsibilities.
